Our services
From first drawing to the day after handover
A four-step process — system design, infrastructure coordination, integration, and support — that takes a smart home from concept to a system you never have to think about.
01
System design
We start with how your household actually uses the house — which rooms matter, who comes and goes, what you want to stop thinking about. From that we specify every circuit, sensor, keypad and control point, and produce a design you can price and build against.
- Room-by-room lighting and control schedule
- Security zone layout and sensor placement
- Network and controller siting
- A specification your electrician can quote from
02
Infrastructure coordination
This is the step that saves the most money, and the one most often skipped. During construction we work with your architect, electrician and contractors so the cabling, back boxes and containment are right the first time — before plaster goes on.
- Cable routes and containment agreed before first fix
- Back box and switch positions marked with the electrician
- Controller and rack location planned into the build
- Site visits at first and second fix
03
System integration
We install and commission every device onto the Comfort platform, then sit down with you and tune it. Scenes, schedules, security modes and who gets which alert are set to match the household, not left on factory defaults.
- Device installation and commissioning
- Scene and schedule programming
- Security modes, zones and PIN setup
- Handover walkthrough with everyone who will use it
04
Support
Households change. Someone starts working from home, a room changes use, a new gate goes in. We stay on to adjust the system, apply updates and fix faults, so it keeps earning its place years after installation.
- Fault diagnosis and repair
- Scene and schedule changes as needs change
- Software updates
- Adding subsystems to the existing platform

What you end up with
A house that does the work
The measure of a good installation is how little you have to interact with it. Lights that follow the sun and your routine. A house that arms itself when everyone leaves. Cooling that stops running in empty rooms. An alert that arrives with the footage attached.
Everything is still there when you want it — on your phone, on a wall panel, or by voice. Most days you should not need it.
Questions
Common questions
- When is the best time to involve you in a build?
- As early as possible — ideally at design stage, before first fix. Cable routes, back box positions and controller siting are cheap to get right before plaster and expensive to change after. We can still retrofit a finished home, but planning ahead is the single biggest saving available.
- Do you work with our architect and electrician?
- Yes. Infrastructure coordination is a formal step in our process. We provide a specification your electrician can quote and work from, and we attend site at first and second fix to check the installation against the design.
- Can we start small and add to it later?
- Yes. Every subsystem runs on the same Comfort platform, so starting with lighting and security and adding cameras, climate or audio later does not mean replacing what you already have.
- What happens after installation?
- We hand over with a walkthrough for everyone who will use the system, then stay on for support — fault diagnosis, software updates, and adjustments to scenes and schedules as your household changes.
